Are the stones real?
All of our stones are natural and untreated, including aqeeq, feroza, neelam, zamurd, topaz, lapis, peridot and pearls. Because they are genuine, colour and veining vary slightly from piece to piece. Higher value stones ship with an authenticity slip.

Care & Sizing
How do I care for sterling silver?
We recommend storing breakfast products in a cool, dry place and following any specific handling instructions shown on each item.
How do I find my ring size?
Measure a ring that already fits you, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure the length in millimetres. If you are between sizes, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery takes 2-3 working days to major cities and 3-5 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. Pieces made or sized to order may take a little longer, and we will tell you before dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently deliver across Pakistan only. If you are ordering from abroad for a family member here, that is no problem, just enter their local delivery address at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
