Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Standard Shipping

• Orders under PKR 15,000: delivery charge shown at checkout (PKR 250 - 400 depending on the piece)
• Orders over PKR 15,000: free delivery

We currently ship to Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via whatsapp. You can track your order status through our website or the carrier's website.

During holiday seasons, please allow additional processing and shipping time. We recommend placing orders at least 7-10 business days before your desired delivery date.
